Picanha Steak On French Toast

- 2,5kg Picanha
 - Salt & black pepper
 - 6 cherries tomato
 - 6 slices of Mozzarella
 
- 200g of Basilic
 - 5g of Garlic
 - 50ml of Oil
 - 20g of Pine nut
 
- 4 slices of Harry’s bread
 - 1L of milk
 - 6 eggs
 - 50g of Butter
 - 20ml of sunflower oil
 
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the pesto by adding and grinding the greens and salt.
add pine nuts, garlic and oil. Mix.
Step 2: For the French toast add 6 eggs in a bowl and mix with the milk.
Step 3: Grease the pan with butter and take it to the fire.
Step 4: Dip the bread in the preparation and cook in the pan.
Step 5: Open a hole in the center of the Picanha and turn it inside out.
Step 6: Add salt and pepper. Cook.
Step 7: Cut the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella and mix with the pesto preparation.
Step 8: Cut the Picanha into slices and serve with the toast and the previous preparation.
