haven't used them much, just one. Great quality and the blade is carbon steel which sharpens easier and holds it's edge. You just have to keep it oiled after washing. I bought several for Christmas presents and by the way, I love your advertising...that's what sold us on your knives.

I have a beautiful collection of Japanese knives that I use daily.
However, Since selling my home and downsizing to a fifth wheel trailer I plan on cooking & preparing my food outside during the warmer months.
I’ve only had my knife for a little over a week, and I’ve been using it to chop, slice, etc…
It’s a bit heavier than what I’m used to, the balance is a bit off, and I’ve had to spend some time sharpening it. I definitely don’t plan on sending it back, and I love the rugged look of this knife.
I plan on purchasing another in the very near future!
