Spicy Bacon Wrapped Pepper Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 spicy green chili pepper
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 pack Cream cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp. sunflower oil
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- 2 pack Nachos
Avocado sauce:
- 2 avocado
- 3 red chili pepper
- 1 red onion
- ½ lemon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp. sunflower oil
- 8 drops tabasco
Instructions
- Slit open the chilies, take the seeds out using a teaspoon or knife,(keep the top for after)
- Lay the chicken breast on a cutting board and using a Coolina knife cut down the chicken breast into 4 pieces. Season the meat with salt and pepper
- In an Excuto or other large deep skillet, heat the oi over medium heat until it shimmers. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan
- Chop the chicken into small cubes
- In a bowl, combine breast cubes and cream cheese. Mix.
- Spread the mixture inside the spicy green pepper
- Cover the spicy green pepper with the top
- Roll the bacon all over the spicy green pepper as shown in the video
- Place the peppers on an oven tray and cook in the oven at 356 F for 10 mins
Avocado sauce:
- In a bowl, combine smashed avocado, red pepper cubes, red onion cubes, chopped parsley, and sour-cream
- Season with salt and squeeze lemon all over the mixture
- Add 8 drops of tabasco
- Mix
To Serve:
Transfer the rolls to a serving plate. Serve with avocado sauce and nachos!
