Shakshuka is a dish of eggs cooked in tomato sauce that goes well with meatballs. Simply by adding the meatballs, it transforms from a nice hearty breakfast to a smoky dinner. Our recipe takes only 30 minutes to prepare and is simple enough for anybody to follow.

Ingredients
- Beef Ground meat 2 cups
- Parsley ¼ cup
- Provolone cheese 5 slice
- Onion 1 pc
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Eggs 5
- Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Tomato 4
- Red bell pepper 4
Bread Ingredients
- Flour ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Love the versatility of this little beaut right here. She’s a sliver, chopper, and serving spatula all in one! Made a great Dutch oven “mile high stew” with just the knife. Better than expected!!
Instructions
- 1. Make meatballs from the ground beef
- 2. Cut Provolone cheese in cubes and put inside the meatballs
- 3. Slice the onion and garlic
- 4. Add oil in the pan and heat
- 5. Add garlic and onion in the pan
- 6. Add black pepper, salt and cumin
- 7. Add tomatoes, bell pepper and cook until the mass becomes homogeneous
- 8. Add few slices of Provolone cheese
- 9. Crack the eggs in the pan
- 10. Wait around 5 min until it’s cooked
