While I am in love with all my knives, the gator is by far my current favorite. I can go from trimming fat off of meat to dicing up and onion to slicing meat for dinner. All with one knife. Great job on this one folks ! Thanks - Sal
The chef's knife is probably the one I use the most, so far. But all the knives I ordered our great choppers and general purpose. Kitchen knives. The magnetic display board is no joke. Powerful magnet that works on both sides. I have all four of the new knives I ordered, the four stake knives and an older knife that was given to me by my grandfather.

Get yourself one, it's very sharp and feels incredible in your hands, kinda like your ready to take on anything in the kitchen. I like them all.
So when I first saw this knife, I wanted it cuz it was cool looking. I didnt think it would be a knife that i would often use because to me it looked more like an axe but it feels like a knife and let me tell you boy do i use this thing. The action on it is amazing especially because of the long end if the blade allows you to make long consistent cuts into whatever your slicing. I posted a video of my cleaning abwhole salmon and you can see it really allowed me to take the off the fish super clean in one continuous cut, on the side facing up. I didn’t try and take the head off w one swipe because i wanted full control of the knife since this was my first time using it. When it came to getting the head off you can see i didnt have ti use any effort. I gave a simple love tao on the back end and it sliced that salmon head clean off. The knife is simply amazing and for the price there is nothing like it. You need this knife, You may say to yourself “ aah “i dont need a knife like that” …..yes you do… buy it
Sharp, durable, balanced, pay close attention to care for the high carbon steel and with three you have a good set for life. I use mine every chance I get and absolutely love the way the cut, dice, and slice meat and veggies. The meat comes right off the bone as precise as you want it sliced or diced. Overall great knives
It is a solid, high quality blade. Incredible, weight is on dot, and the shape, I love it. Baalanced? Yes it is, very well balanced. Highly recomend this one. You can cut quite large stuff due to its amazing size.

This is the second order of Coolina knives we have ordered. Absolutely love our new arrivals. We splurged a bit and ordered the Tungsten XL 8.7” Chef’s knife , Ronin 11” Slicing knife, Kuria 7.5” Boning Knife, and the 6” Swordfish fish knife. The Coolina knives are the best kitchen knives we have ever bought. We have bought a few knife block sets over the past 30 years.

This is from my annual Ribeye, Bacon-Cheddar Burger Cookout...1-1/4LB. Burger Patty, two 1LB. Ribeye Steaks as the Bun, 1/2LB of Smoked bacon, and 1/4LB. Aged Cheddar, it's an al-together "Outstanding" display of culinary debauchery!

Good quality knives! I use them everyday in the kitchen. It is my therapy after a Long Day's work. Only complaint is, I wish Coolina would make a longer magnetic knife stand to display my other 5 Coolina knives.

Love this awesome set of knives! Really needed knives that properly work and man these things truly cut and are excellent workhorses for any kitchen task. A bit pricier than I would ask for, but how can you argue with this quality that will last multiple years if not decades. It's like a pair of glasses, cost a bit to get real good ones, but they will definitely be worth it and last you a long while!
