I use these steak knives this weekend when I grilled an 8 ounce fillet for my wife and a 20 ounce bone in ribeye for myself. The steak guys are heavy they feel good in my large hands and are very sharp and performed flawlessly!

It’s difficult to see in the pictures but the steel handle of the knife exceeds the size of the wood handle this creates a very sharp hazard. Please let me know how we can resolve this problem. Regards, Jim Jones
