- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise

Instructions
- Mix up the Big Mac sauce (1 spoon Mayonnaise, 1 spoon Ketchup, 1 spoon Mustard, add some sliced onion)
- Divide the raw ground beef into 2 equal portions, rolling into balls and then flattening as thin as possible.
- Add some Salt and Black Pepper.
- Fry beef in the Pan 1-2 minutes per side in a large skillet over high heat.
- Toast the Bread (30sec each side)
- Assemble burgers by putting Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, cheese slice and first hamburger patty on the bottom bun.
- Follow with middle bottom bun, then Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles and second hamburger patty.
- Finish with the final top bun, then serve

- Beef Ribs 1800g
- Salt & Pepper
- BBQ sauce
- Potato 1kg
- Oil
- Cornstarch
- Parsley x 1
- Garlic x 1
- Ginger x 1
- Green onion x 1
- Onion x 2
- Honey
- Soya Sauce
- Butter x 1
- Chili Flex
Instructions
- Clean and cut open the Ribs
- Add salt and pepper
- Cut onion, ginger, garlic
- Put pan in the fire
- Put oil in the pan then add the Ribs
- Add the onion, garlic and the ginger and chili flex on it
- When the meet is starting to cook add the honey (40g) and the butter (100g)
- Turn on the Oven - 180 degrees, 20min
- Add the BBQ sauce with the Ribs and mix everything
- Add 200ml water or stock
- Add the pan in the Oven (180degrees, 20min)
- After 10 min, turn the Ribs to the other side
- When Ribs are ready, cut green onion and add on the Ribs
Potatoes:
- Thoroughly Wash
- Cut
- Put the potatoes in the Cornstarch
- Add 1L oil in a Pot
- Put the pan in the fire - 160 degrees
- Add the potato and wait 8/10min
- When ready, add Salt and pepper

- Carrot x 3
- Green Chili pepper x 2
- Red Chili pepper x 2
- Red onion x 1
- Coriander x 1cap
- Ginger x 1

- Soya sauce x 1
- Cornstarch
- Sugar
Instructions
- In Boiling water, add your noodles until loosened, about 1-2 minutes; drain well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water; set aside.
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey and 1 cup of water; bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch mixture until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 2 minutes; let cool to room temperature. Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
- Cut the chicken into small slices then add it in a bowl.
- Cut the vegetables in small slices.
- Combine the sauce with the chicken + vegetables and let it marinate for 30 min (mix a couple of times)
- Drain the chicken from the marinade.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken + vegetables and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the noodles and 1/4 cup reserved soy sauce mixture until well combined, about 2 minutes.
- Serve and garnish with sesame seeds and coriander.
