Steak XXL ROLL

Ingredients 

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion red - sliced
• 1 garlic
• 1 green pepper 
• 1 red pepper 
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• Mozzarella x 2 
• Cheddar x 2
• Argentina Steak raw 1500g
• Long stick x 6

Instructions 

1. Prepare and cut open the meat
2. Cut the red and green peppers, onion, and garlic
3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the cutting board
4. Place the meat on it
5. Add pepper, onion, garlic to the meat
6. Add the chiseled cheddar and mozzarella everywhere on the meat and roll it
7. Insert sticks into the meat to hold it closed
8. Coat the meat in oil and place it on a baking sheet
9. Put the meat in the oven - 200 degrees - for 45 min
10. Remove the meat, mix it with its own sauce, and slice it.
