Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 packs Doritos chips for panko
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 4 eggs
- 5 cup sunflower oil
- 1½ green onion, chopped
Fondue Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to boil and add some salt. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Remove.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix with milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Add spaghetti to the egg mixture. Add pepperoni cubes, and season with grated parmesan and mozzarella until you have a homogenous mixture.
- In a hot pan, add olive oil and pour in the spaghetti, cooking for 10 min each side until the edges are brown.
- To serve transfer to a walnut serving board and enjoy it sliced into wedges.
