Excellent knives, I now have 8 of them. Each one unique in looks and purpose. I do a lot of grilling and smoking and these knives do everything from chopping through bones to thin slicing ribeye. These are the talk of the BBQ.
Make sure to clean and thoroughly dry your knives. Having a bottle of mineral oil is a must and I highly recommend a magnet board for storage.

Looks cool, but the “rustic” steel is very high maintenance and loses its appearance almost immediately. Even if you wash and dry immediately, and apply mineral oil every time, it still water marks badly.
