I spend most of my life on the road living in extended stay hotels. I swapped out my travel kitchen knife with this. It is more capable and versatile than you would think looking at it. I eat most of my meals off a cutting board and this just completes the look.

Oh, that shark bites down in the kitchen, don't you know. I love this knife and use it a lot because it is so darn well balanced and so sharp. I could probably literally shave with it if I had to.
I like the hole where your finger can fit through; that is a nice touch. I think if you were looking at these knives from a cook's point of view, you would not need to look any further. They also have a nice ripple effect on most of the blade to keep fruits and cheeses from sticking when cutting, and that is a nice feature. I like my Shark and use it often in my kitchen.

Product arrived promptly. I was happy with the knife but disappointed that it did not come with a cover as did the other four blades I've purchased. I've not fully put it to the test yet but the knife itself is of great quality. The few meat (chicken) and vegetable (lettuce and cucumbers) items I've had, have met their demise under this blade. I like them very much.
