Chicken rolls with sausage and panko + fish and chips sauce
Packed with some of the most delicious ingredients, these sausage and panko chicken rolls are an easy midweek meal to enjoy for your lunch break or even dinner!

Ingredients
- Chicken breast 3
- Sausage 3
- Eggs 6
- Cheddar Cheese 10 slices
- Sunflower oil 8 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Panko 2 cup
Sauce Ingredients
- Sour-cream 1 pack
- Lime 1pc
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Red onion 1
- Dill ¼ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Cucumber Pickles 2pc
- Mint ⅙ cup
- Kapers ¼ cup
Instructions
- Flatten out the chicken breast and marinate with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle some flour.
- Slice cheddar cheese and add on the flattened chicken
- Add sausage on cheese layer
- Roll the chicken
- In a bowl, pour the flour and add paprika
- Break the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk
- In an another bowl, add panko
- Dip each chicken in flour on both sides, then dip in eggs on both sides, then dip in panko
- Add oil in the pan and preheat to 410F
- Put the chicken roll in the pan and fry for 10 min until golden brown

- Slice the ingredients
- Add salt pepper
- Once the chicken is ready, serve with sauce!
