T-Bone Steak With Bone Marrow Sauce

Although everyone enjoys T-bone steak, few people are willing to attempt to prepare it at home. Are you one of us? We can all try making it now that The Mysterious Chef has shared his recipe on TikTok because he makes it seem so easy.

Ingredients

• 1 T-bone
• 2 limes
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 4 sprigs of rosemary
• 4 sprigs of thyme
• 5 tbsp. sunflower oil
• 3 tbsp. butter

Bone Marrow Sauce

• 2 beef leg bones
• 2 red chili peppers
• 1 coriander

Instructions 

1. Season the T-bone and beef bones with rosemary, thyme and garlic, salt and pepper.
2. In a hot pan, add oil and cook the T-bone. During the process add the butter. Remove from the pan. Cut the T-bone in finger slices.

Bone Marrow Sauce

1. Grill the beef bones for around 20 minutes.
2. Get out the marrow bone as shown in the video.

To Serve

Spread Bone marrow sauce all over the-bone steak, garnish with red chili pepper, coriander and squeeze lime over it.
