Ingredients 

• 1 Beef steak
• 1 Long Green Pepper
• Philadelphia Cheese
• 1 t.s Marinated Jalapenos
• 1 Pomegranate
• 1 t.s Rosemary

Pepper Sauce:

• 1cup Heavy Cream
• 1 t.s Black Pepper
• 1 t.s Red chili flakes 
• 1 t.s Pink pepper
• ¼ t.s salt
• ¼ cup Cognac

Instructions 

1. In a hot pan: Add the Black Pepper and Red chili pepper and the pink pepper
2. Add ¼ Cognac inside
3. Add ½ water
4. Let them cook for 4min
5. Add Heavy Cream - Mix everything
6. Open the meat - Add oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary on it
7. Mix the Philadelphia with the jalapenos, Pomegranate and spread it inside the long green pepper
8. Put the Green pepper inside the meat
9. Put the meat in the oven - 160°C - 40min
