Ground Beef Meat Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 cups ground Beef
- 3 cups flour
- ⅔ cup water
- 6 quail eggs
- 1 medium onion
- Coolina Spices
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella, grated
- ½ cup parsley
Sauce
- 2 cups tomatoes with the juice
- 2 pc Jalapenos
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 pc Garlic
- 2 pc Carrot
- 1 yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 4 tbsp. oil
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Sauce
- Heat the pan on medium heat and add oil until it simmers.
- Spread creMix the ingredients. Remove from the pan.am cheese inside the inverted picanha.
Dough
- In a bowl, add flour and whisk the eggs. Add the water and salt and mix. Leave it for 30-40 min for the dough to rise.
- Season the meat with Coolina spices.
- Roll out the dough. Place the meat mixture inside and roll the dough into roulette.
- Cut into small pieces as shown video.
- In an Excuto pan, add oil and fry the pieces. Place in the sauce and add grated mozzarella and cook in the sauce.
